OUR VALUES

THINKING
BIG
We don’t place limits on what we can achieve. We set big goals and we expect – and achieve – big results.

LOOKING AFTER EACH OTHER
We aren’t arrogant or dismissive, and we look after each other. We always treat everyone with respect, and we contribute value wherever we can.

DOING WHAT
WE SAY
We do what we say, on time and in full. When we start something, we finish it. And we always take responsibility instead of pointing fingers.

BEING
BRAVE
We want to change the world. That means taking risks, and taking ownership of those risks. We don’t settle for the status quo.
TECHNOLOGY
Our proprietary technology is designed to make life simple and easy for our customers. Easy to request a quote. Easy to see the best route. Easy to track passenger journeys. This game-changing technology like smart route-planning software, safe passenger-tracking systems, and live monitoring control centres, allows us to deliver safe, reliable journeys every day.
ENVIRONMENT
In the UK, transportation is responsible for 26% of greenhouse gas emissions. These emissions peak during rush hour, with 25% of all cars on the road during peak times being involved in the school run. We know that every one of our customer’s journeys reduces both rush hour traffic and their own environmental impact – a 20 mile journey cuts CO2 emissions by 75%.
TRANSPORT
We want to change the way people use and think about transport. Car ownership is on the wane. Tomorrow’s commuters will be used to viewing mobility as a service to be hired, not a product to be owned. And as hired transport becomes the norm, we will work to ensure that it’s just as easy and convenient to use an environmentally-friendly coach versus a private hire car.
OUR HISTORY
MOBILITY as a SERVICE
We are a Mobility as a Service (Maas) provider, a technology expert, and a business that’s focused on reducing the environmental impact of getting people where they need to be. The global MaaS market is set for explosive growth.
